Taylor Reulet recommends:
- The Vakery
- La Pantita
- Ramen and Chill [the veggie ramen is made with mushroom broth and is vegan]
- Masala Magia en Mazatlán – on line, home delivery
- Carmela Cocina (Just text her and let her know you’re coming and she will whip you up something awesome)
- The Groovy Juice Bar
- Vamos Vegano
- La Molcajeteria (they have a salad on the appetizer menu without cheese. Ask for extra veggies and the gauc. is amazing)
- ESINTI Café
- La Mona Pizzeria, Centro – (you can bring your own cheese and they have cauliflower wings with vegan ranch)
- Ulua Poke House (they have tofu!)
- Comiendo Sano (tell Luigi Taylor says hi! He’s from Italy and his wife is from Mazatlan. They have the best vegan ice cream!)
- Taquería Los Sobrinos
- Tierra Bendita, Glow Foods
- Sweet and fit – Mazatlán
- El Cielo (ask for the veggie burrito. It isn’t on the menu)
- Jorge’s Asian Kitchen – on line home delivery
- La Sagrada Pizzeria (you can bring you own cheese)
- Tofu is available at Fresh Market and Soriana by the Home Depot.
- Fresh Market has a small wall of vegan options including lunch meats that is by the produce. They also have a few impossible burger and vegan ice cream options in the freezer and also falafel. The tofu is in the back by the hummus and cheese.
- Lety’s is on Stone Island and they have a salad without cheese, veggie fajitas and their gauc is great
- Pancho’s in the golden zone will make you veggie fajitas. Also their table side salad is the bomb
- La Naturista store cross from Pino Suárez has soy curls, vegan chocolate and some other things
- Sam’s club has coconut milk, hummus, pitas and the protein powder I like called Birdman. It’s in a blue bag.
Tracey Williams Martinez recommends:]
- I recently started eating vegan (partly anyway) for health reasons. There aren’t a lot of good options in Mazatlan so I wanted to share this place I found. La Plantita Mzt is 100% vegan. I paid for the weekly menu but you can order daily. I’m really impressed with the food, the portion sizes, and the prices. And they deliver. Give them a try.
